Service requests and appointments

Air Excellence collects the contact details, project address, home type and timeline you submit to handle your estimate request. When delivery is configured, these details and request status are shared with GoHighLevel / LeadConnector, our customer-management and scheduling provider. A private request receipt also stores these answers, submission time, request ID and limited source information. Your device saves answers so you can return to edit them. The calendar is hosted by LeadConnector and receives information you enter there.

Appointment advertising measurement

Where advertising is permitted, the Meta Pixel library is loaded and initialized on this site before booking. This connects your browser to Meta and may use advertising cookies, but our code sends no page-view, form, button-click or calendar-view event. Automatic configuration is disabled and no customer matching data is provided. Only a verified appointment produces our Schedule event.

Only after a real appointment is verified, and advertising is permitted, Air Excellence sends Meta a Schedule event for measurement and ad optimization. The event includes an appointment-derived event ID, page address and browser information; Meta may use its advertising cookies. Form answers, phone, email, address and other customer matching identifiers are not supplied by our advertising code. No page-view or form-submission events are sent by that code.

With the current no-banner setup, advertising measurement is blocked in regions requiring consent and when the region cannot be determined, unless you explicitly accept in Cookie settings. Elsewhere, applicable opt-outs and explicit refusals are honored. Decisions are recorded with their time, notice version, region and a browser-session reference. Declining does not prevent requesting an estimate or booking. Events blocked when they occur are not replayed after a later acceptance.

Use Cookie settings below to refuse or withdraw advertising permission at any time. We preserve the prior choice evidence when recording a withdrawal.
